MWM DesignGroup prepared the Preliminary Design Report (PDR) for Stone Hill Park as part of the Pflugerville Master Plan. The report included:
Review of existing site conditions
Analysis of existing utility infrastructure
Preparation of an environmental constraint analysis report
Evaluation of projected development costs
Assessment of the floodplain affecting the park’s development area
Additionally, MWM developed a conceptual plan to guide the park’s future development.
