Oertli Park

MWM DesignGroup prepared the master plans and construction documents for a new 6-acre park in North Austin. After meeting with the City and presenting programmatic elements to stakeholders, MWM developed a concept that includes a loop trail with shade trees connecting both park entrances. At the north entrance near Blaine Road, the design features playground equipment with built-in shade canopies and a large pavilion for group gatherings. The center of the park offers ample open space for play, while a fenced off-leash dog area is positioned opposite the play zones. At the south entrance near Pearl Retreat Lane, a new fitness area with shade trees and a lush lawn provides a welcoming gateway into the park.
