MWM DesignGroup prepared a conceptual plan for the Lakeline Park and Ride site to evaluate its development potential. The firm developed a detailed matrix outlining potential building locations, project square footage, residential units, parking capacity, and open space. Additionally, MWM created a 3-D model illustrating proposed commercial areas, residential units, parking layouts, tree preservation, and open space distribution.
This matrix and model provided CMTA with valuable insights to forecast development opportunities, supporting informed decisions for future growth and community benefits at the Lakeline site.
