Kaalo Studio is a distinctive creative campus in Austin, featuring a design studio, event center, guest flats, amphitheater, commercial kitchen, gym, library, and 4 acres of natural landscape.
MWM DesignGroup provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, permitting, and architectural services for the multi-use site, which includes approximately 30,000 SF of commercial office, 20,000 SF of residential space, 11,000 SF of rest and recreation areas, and 20,000 SF of parking. MWM coordinated permit approvals across multiple jurisdictions, including the City of Austin LTD, Travis County, TxDOT, and BCCP.
