Juniper Heights Townhomes

MWM provided full professional services for Juniper Heights, a dense infill redevelopment of urban fee-simple townhomes in Central East Austin, the densest project of its kind in the city. During permitting, MWM collaborated closely with Austin Water Utility, Austin Energy, and the Austin Fire Department to establish policies and procedures for urban housing. These precedents have since supported other housing projects, including townhouse developments at SouthShore and Mueller.
