MWM DesignGroup provided civil engineering services for the 38,000-square-foot, 3-story TACC Office Building expansion, connected to the existing Research Office Complex by a new at-grade pedestrian pathway. Site improvements included relocating approximately 400 linear feet of roadway, 1,400 linear feet of storm drain to manage post-development runoff, installing a 40-space surface parking lot with solar array canopies, and relocating subsurface water and sanitary sewer utilities.
