MWM DesignGroup provided civil engineering, permitting, and surveying services, including schematic design and design development, for a seven-story parking garage at Austin Community College’s Highland Campus. The firm coordinated closely with the City of Austin to secure site and building permits and supported construction administration. This project adds approximately 2,400 parking spaces, helping to meet the growing needs of the campus community.

Fire lanes
Reclaimed water irrigation main
Storm drainage and grading
Site retaining walls
Rainwater harvesting system
