Highland Campus North Parking Garage

MWM DesignGroup collaborated with the City of Austin to submit a formal site plan and provided schematic design, design development, and construction documentation for the Highland Campus North Parking Garage project at Austin Community College. The development included an eight-story parking garage and a four-story office building on Lot 4D of the Highland Campus.

As part of the project, MWM subdivided the existing lot into a single parcel and designed necessary site civil improvements. These included private water services for fire protection and domestic use, private wastewater services, fire lanes, site retaining walls, grading, and storm drainage systems. By enhancing parking capacity and office space, this project supports the campus’s growth and accessibility, meeting the evolving needs of students, staff, and the broader community.
