MWM DesignGroup provided civil and architectural design services for the expansion of the existing Giles Maintenance Facility, enhancing both site infrastructure and building functionality to better support facility operations. Site improvements included drainage upgrades, stormwater detention, utility enhancements, parking expansion, and improved circulation.
The building expansion featured a new 8,000-square-foot office building housing offices, an archive, a training room, and an alarm shop, alongside a 3,500-square-foot addition to the existing vehicle maintenance building. This included two new service bays, office space, restrooms, and enclosed storage for the grounds department. The project also incorporated structural and security upgrades to the existing facility, ensuring improved safety and operational efficiency. By upgrading this critical facility, the project supports the ongoing maintenance and service needs that contribute to community infrastructure and public service reliability.
