Capital Metro Headquarter Tenant Improvements - Phase 1

MWM DesignGroup designed the new 80,000 SF headquarters for Capital Metro in East Austin, transforming a generic office shell into a functional space for employees and the training academy while allowing for future growth. The project achieved LEED Silver certification, emphasizing sustainability. MWM also enhanced the site with new landscaping, irrigation, and trees in parking areas, along with a covered pedestrian connection linking the new building to Capital Metro’s existing headquarters.
