Braker Pointe Office Plaza Renovation

As prime consultant to the property ownership group, MWM DesignGroup was contracted with PacTrust to prepare construction documentation and permit services for the construction renovation of an existing infill urban park project adjacent to the Domain in Austin. MWW worked with the ownership group to develop and create project visioning, create conceptual and design drawings, assist with bid evaluations, and construction phases of the project. MWM provided landscape architecture design services which included Ipe decking around existing trees to remain, park circulation, integrated fixed and moveable seating, a rain garden, vendor/food truck parking, a seating lawn, structural shaded seating, site lighting and other site furnishings.
