Austin Community College San Gabriel Campus

Austin Community College’s San Gabriel campus spans 100 acres in Leander, one of Texas’s fastest-growing cities. MWM provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, irrigation design, and construction documentation, working closely with the master plan landscape architect to realize the project vision. A central element of the design was the use of low impact development (LID) strategies to manage stormwater across the campus.

MWM also designed a certified Monarch Butterfly habitat that supports a diverse range of local pollinators. The landscape is drought-tolerant, environmentally sustainable, and tailored to meet the long-term maintenance needs of the campus.
