MWM provided survey and civil engineering services for the new Office Building at the J.J. Pickle Research Campus (PRC) for Applied Research Laboratories (ARL). The building, located adjacent to and connected with the existing ARL complex, will provide additional office and workspace. MWM’s scope included: Assessment of multiple potential building sites Drainage analysis for the southeast corner of the campus Support for Central Plant improvements Civil engineering design involving rerouting a drainage channel around the proposed building site Protection of heritage live oak trees Relocation of previously unmapped campus utilities
